It’s Monday

I spent Mother’s Day with my friend Anne and her son Jack. Lunch on Southport, apartment hunting (for me), followed by a lovely dinner. While I had a nice day yesterday, I woke up in a not so great mood this morning. I am stressing over my workload, apartment hunting, being in a long distance relationship, finances, and basically anything I can think of.

While I’d like to hide under the covers, I need to face the day (and week). I have a ton of work to do, am resetting my body with a raw cleanse, and start CrossFit tonight.

What do you do when you feel like everything is hitting you at once? Any tips for me?
